
Developers are already approved for one subdivision and are requesting approval for two more. They are trying to cram up to 40 house lots between South Beach Blvd and 3rd Street. The entire property is classified as wetlands and has two major watersheds for the City of Bay St Louis, draining water to the bay from as far away as US-90. Their plan will fill in wetlands, cut down more than 90 ancient oak trees, disrupt drainage, increase traffic, and place unnecessary challenges on our infrastructure.
